The 2025 Annual Awards Breakfast & Clinical Marketing Event Held at FOP Lodge # 5 in Northeast Philadelphia 11630 Caroline Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154

Employee Assistance Professionals, Treatment Providers, Individual Therapists and Recovery Programs are invited to participate in this event. Take advantage, via Vendor Table, of this opportunity to share current information on your programs and services.

Admission to Event • Free to Members -

You Must Register for this Event by emailing philaeapa@gmail.com whether you are getting a table or not. We need a head count.

• $25 for Non-Members (cash or card accepted)

• DO NOT show up at the event if you have not registered. Clinical Professionals

• 2 PDH and CEU credits will be available (free to EAPA Members) Recovery Programs/Vendors

• Table Spot Cost is $275 for Members, $325 for Non-Members

• Table Spot must be reserved by 8/22/2025 by completing the attached form

• Vendors must bring their own tables • Payment must be received by September 1, 2025

• Will accept cash, check or credit card for payment.
