Clinical Supervisor
As a Clinical Supervisor with over eight years of experience in the behavioral health field, specializing in substance use and mental health treatment. I hold a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential and am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing Substance Use Disorder, providing assessment, individual and group counseling, and relapse prevention support. In my current supervisory role, I oversee clinical services and support treatment planning for individuals navigating recovery and reintegration into daily life, including returning to work after treatment.
My professional experience includes working with multidisciplinary teams to support long-term recovery, addressing workplace stressors that may impact sobriety, and helping clients develop coping strategies for maintaining recovery while balancing personal and professional responsibilities. My background provides practical insight into the challenges employees face when returning to the workforce and the ways clinicians and workplace professionals can support sustained recovery.
